1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to tkbet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tkbet ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tkbet platform — including the website at tkbet.biz and the tkbet mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using tkbet immediately and not create an account. Continued use of the tkbet platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use tkbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tkbet does not permit minors to register or participate in any betting activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing tkbet from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tkbet employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tkbet platform.

tkbet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, tkbet may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on tkbet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering your tkbet account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkbet login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. tkbet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

tkbet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions on tkbet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit on tkbet is ৳10. Deposits are credited to your tkbet account balance within seconds of a successful transaction. tkbet does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests on tkbet are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under review for verification or security purposes.
• tkbet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.
• tkbet is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

tkbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the tkbet Promotion page at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on tkbet carry a wagering requirement, which means you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only real-money bets count toward wagering requirements — bets placed with bonus funds do not count unless stated otherwise.
• tkbet reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, household, device, and IP address unless stated otherwise.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on tkbet — including Dice, Andar Bahar, Poker, Boom Legend, Star Fishing, and Win Drop — operate using certified random number generation (RNG). Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by tkbet, the game provider, or any player.

Each game on tkbet has its own set of rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. These are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, tkbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a connection issue on your end, the round will be completed on the server and the result will be recorded accurately.
• tkbet does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkbet. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly Poker.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using any method to exploit bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Using tkbet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks on deposits that have been credited and used on the platform.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's name or using another person's payment method.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to place bets at incorrect odds or stakes.

8 Responsible Gaming

tkbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. tkbet provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their betting activity.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your tkbet account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: tkbet can notify you after a set period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your betting is becoming a problem, you can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not be able to register a new account.

11 Account Termination

You may close your tkbet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

tkbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases where:

• A player has violated any part of these Terms.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.
• tkbet is required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, tkbet reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited entirely.

12 Changes to Terms

tkbet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, tkbet will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on their account.
